When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are enquiring about, and your message. To help prevent spam and abuse we also record the submitting IP address and browser user-agent.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to scope and deliver any work you ask us to, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Who we share it with
Where delivering your request involves another Black & White Group company (for example automation, compliance or facilities work), we may share the relevant details internally so the right team can help. We use trusted processors to deliver email and store enquiries; we never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
